Panchrathna Gems, a unique gemstone jewellery brand wanted us to transform their branding as a means to influence buying behaviour and build customer loyalty. We focused on building a strategy that created an emotional connection to their brand and to their values – spiritual, traditional, and devotional. We set off by delivering a contemporary logo based on their ethics. We included patterns and colours that made the logo distinctive and memorable, one that stays in the hearts of their clients forever.
We continued to enhance their brand presence by adopting the micro-targeting strategy to maximize the visibility of the brand as a one-stop store for gemstones and gemstone based jewellery. Our comprehensive marketing strategy included a responsive website design, a modern portfolio, and stores interior design revamp along with revised hiring tactics and training programs for new employees.
