Crafting the Brand strategy for a New Property Documentation Company

The Challenge

Beginning as a land surveillance company, Coimbatore-based RVS wanted to build a brand that would ease land documentation, project management, licensing, buying and selling, and DTCP approvals.

We were asked to construct a simple but strong logo and a brand strategy to help prospective customers understand their values and offerings.

The Solution

It was our goal to come up with a name that reflected the company’s niche. PropDoc is an abbreviation for Property Documentation. After coming up with the name, we got to work on the logo. PropDoc’s logo embodies the company’s all-encompassing approach to working with property owners, buyers, and sellers.

After developing the logo, we dug deep into the Coimbatore real estate industry and the company’s competition in the market. For us, it was critical that we take a closer look at their product offerings, marketing approach, and tone of voice.

A competitive advantage for PropDoc was discovered at the end of this study. Additionally, we designed personas for each industry. Interviews with people from the target demographic, secondary data collection, and client feedback were all used to create the personas.

Perceptual mapping was used to determine PropDoc’s brand positioning, taking into account a variety of elements. We wanted to portray PropDoc as a friendly advisor who also happened to provide a specialised service.

We developed an online strategy for PropDoc as they ventured into a market with a unique offering, clear goals, and an unparalleled enthusiasm.
