Identity development for a Speciality Clinic

The Challenge

We were asked to develop the logo for Drona, a new specialised clinic in south India. Being a new company, the brand did not have an identity yet. They were in the process of determining their position in the market. But they knew what they wanted to be known for, which was providing ethical, all-around health care.

The Solution

From our discussions with the client, we identified the brand qualities of brand Drona as Wholesome, Ethical, Dynamic and Caring, following which we analysed the logos of Regional competitors and global benchmarks.

With these factors in mind, we created a logo to reflect the sense of well-being that the brand desired to exude. We designed an icon that combined both well-being and the letter ‘D’. Using a soft, brush stroke style made the icon friendly and welcoming.

For Us, it was important that the logo communicates all of its desired brand values.
